Drawing on the founder's direct experience in senior advisory roles within government institutions in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq — including the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Natural Resources, and Erbil International Airport — we provide counsel on institutional structuring, policy implementation, security and operational governance, and the management of complex stakeholder environments.
